To get a good result your hair must be at least 8 cm long.

What is a hairpiece?

What is a Full Lace Wig?

Full Lace Wig are wigs made with a full lace cap and can be designed in different ways and the wigs can be parted anywhere. Full lace wigs are expensive but they are worth the money because they are more versatile and last longer than traditional wigs.

What is a Lace Front Wig?

With Full Lace Wigs the entire cap is made up of lace on both the front and back sides. With Front Lace Wigs only the front side is made of lace. Front lace wigs are just as Full Lace Wigs attached to your head with or without tape/glue.

What is a Lace Frontal?

A lace frontal is a hairpiece like a Full / front lace wig is attached to your head with or without tape/glue, but only on the front and top of the head from ear to ear.

What is Remy hair?

Remy hair means that the hair cuticles lie in the same direction. This eliminates tangling problems commonly found in non-Remy or low quality hair.

What is Virgin hair? Virgin hair is hair that is completely unprocessed. It has never been permed, dyed, colored, bleached or chemically processed in any way.

Delivery & Returns

What is a tracking number?

A tracking number is a unique code, for example, provided by PostNL, with which you can track your order online. So you can find out whether your order has already been collected, where it is now and when PostNL expects to deliver your order.

I have received an incorrect article.

What now? This is obviously very annoying and certainly not the intention. In this case, contact us immediately.

Do you also ship abroad?

Yes. I didn’t find my order after searching on Track & Trace. What now? It may be due to two things:

1. It may be that the tracking number does not work immediately upon receipt. Try it again after an hour. If it still does not work, please contact us.

2. It is also possible that when ordering you entered a wrong combination of zip code and address. Please contact us.

I did not receive an email with tracking number. What now?

It may be that this email has ended up in your spam box. Is that not the case? Please contact us.

My order has shipped but I have not received it yet. What now?

1. We suggest first to look if you can figure out the location of your order with your tracking code. These can be found in the shipping confirmation.

2. In case the tracking code gives you no answer to your question, check whether the delivery time of 2 working days has elapsed. The delivery period starts from the moment you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from us.

3. If more than two days has passed in addition to the standard delivery time, please contact us.

How do I return a product?

We will agree to offer to exchange a purchased product with another product of equal value or store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours in its original state. Delaganza cannot be held responsible for shipments that are not received by Delaganza. We therefore recommend that shipment of the product is registered.

The returned product will be processed by us within 3-5 business days.

The custom wigs, dyed weaves, frontal closures will not be taken back after the order is placed.
