2. Applicability
a. These terms and conditions apply to every offer of Delaganza and any agreement reached at a distance between Delaganza and the client.
b. Before the contract is concluded, the text of the terms and conditions are made available to the client. In addition, the terms and conditions can be downloaded from the homepage of the website www.delaganza.com.
c. The Dutch law is applicable is any agreement between Delaganza and the client.

3. The offer
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Delaganza also uses images and assumes that they are a true reflection of the products offered. Apparent mistakes or errors in the offer is not binding to Delaganza.

4. The Agreement
a. The agreement is established by acceptance of the offer by the client and having met the required conditions.
b. If the agreement is established electronically, Delaganza take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the electronic transfer of data and Delaganza will ensure a secure web environment. If you pay electronically, Delaganza will ensure the appropriate security measures is taken.

5. Right of withdrawal upon delivery and warranty
a. Upon delivery of products, the client is kindly requested to check if the delivery is in order. If that is not the case, Delaganza should be informed in writing, by phone or email within ten working days after delivery.
b. If it is demonstrated that the products do not meet the agreement, Delaganza have the choice to replace the products on their return with new products. Our return policy is applicable.
c. A returned product will be accepted only if the product is undamaged. This also applies that the costs of returning come at the customer’s account. Hair can however not be exchanged. This is mainly for hygienic reasons and because we cannot verify that it has been worn. An exception to this is described in part 5b.
d. Delaganza stands 100% behind the quality of their products, but if unexpectedly there is a problem like strong tangling of hair, you have the right to return the product for repair. However, this excludes hair that has been damaged due to example excessive and/or improper use of chemicals. The repair is free of charge within two weeks after receipt of the product by the client. After two weeks, the customer may also offer the product to be repaired for a fee. No money will be paid as compensation.

6. price
All prices are including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

7. Delivery and implementation
When the products are in stock the delivery time takes 2 to 3 days in the Netherlands, calculated from the date that the purchase amount is credited to our account. If an item has unexpectedly been sold out between the time of order and payment and or cannot be delivered within 30 days, the overpayment will be refunded.

8. Payment
Generally payment takes place via iDeal or Paypal afterwards Delaganza will proceed to order. Payment is made in advance. In addition, it is also possible to transfer the corresponding funds to the account of Delaganza.

9. Complaints
All complaints against Delaganza regarding the supplied product must be reported within two weeks from the date of receipt of the product. All complaints are treated with the utmost care and urgency.
